DANGEROUS SCHWARZKOPF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT SCHWARZKOPF DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR PRODUCTS THEY BRING AND SELL IN SOUTH AFRICA. CUSTOMER CARE IS NON-EXISTENT.
I bought Palette Deluxe Hair Colour and while mixing it in the bottle the bottle BECAME BRITTLE and started to disintegrating in my hand.. Hair colour was everywhere but in the bottle and it was a total mess. As I could not use this product I rinsed the bottle out. I phoned Schwarzkopf Alrode and the lady at reception was very rude and said I must just take it back where I bought it from. I do not have the receipt anymore so this is not an option. I explained it to her and she said that they are not responsible for products that they import - they do not manufacture it!
Since when is a company not responsible or junk that they import? They must have quality control in place. What if it contains a poisonous substance? They will be liable for damaged.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT
WILL NEVER BUY ANY SCHWARZKOPF PRODUCTS IN MY LIFE AGAIN.
