Cleaner assaulted me

I work in a shopping complex and the local Ster Kinekor (serviced by Servest Cleaners) is the closest bathroom to us. I desperately needed to use the bathroom (my bladder was actually cramping), I could not go before this due to unavoidable circumstances, so decided to use their facilities (I also wanted to see the times of the movies being shown), so though to 'kill 2 birds with 1 stone'.
A lady by the name of Gladys, actually physically tried to prevent me by entering the bathroom by blocking my path. When I ducked underneath her arm to enter the bathroom, she grabbed hold of me. I managed to pull free and entered the bathroom.
When I came out she proceeded to scream and shout at me, making me feel distressed, shaky and abused.
This is not the first time she has accosted me like this, she has also been aggresive towards my colleagues
I do not accept this treatment and hope that Servest do not want people like this blackening their name.
