Urgent concession problem with SABC T.V Lisence

I am a 66 year old pensioner who would like a concession on my tv license. I am the sole supporter of a household. I phoned into the call centre and spoke to a consultant who said I must scan and email my id and letter from the pension office by the 25th of august, my granddaughter did this on the 21st of august and I did not get any reply. Instead I receive a phone call from a man demanding R300 immediately which I cannot do, while I tried to explain this to him he became impatient and rude. I then receive smses saying 'final demand'. I do not know what to do as I phoned in, made the correct arrangements, sent my documents and am not getting positive feedback or a resolution. I would like to be contacted by someone who will sort out this issue and grant me my concession so that I can budget to pay it.
