Who is D Dynamics?

I realised today that D Dynamics debited my account on August 28th and i do not know this people. their number 031 826 4756 is on permanent voicemail. all my bank could do was give me their contact details. how do i protect myself from people like this and why are banks not checking for things like this and helping us client. giving me a number that is not in use will not help me at all. its a NAEDO TRACKED DO, and i am asuming the debits will continue and there is nothing i can do about it.
