Unauthorized debit order Destination Dynamix

I received a call from Sihle calling on behalf of destination dynamix, who said they are giving away free panic buttons to selected phone numbers. i asked it was reaaly for free 3 times and she said YES. to my suprice when i checked my bank statement there was unauthorised debit order of R49 Mon 25 Nov 2013 D DYNAMIX REF-2286150 131125 -49.00 and Fri 01 Nov 2013 D DYNAMIX REF-2042807 131101 -49.00. a company belonging to Linganathan Cheppy. when i called the company on 0318264756. i spoke to Michelle Pillay who assured me that my details will be removed from their data base. today when i was going trough my online statement i see they have again debit R49. Today when i called Destination Dynamics, I spoke to Tina (the supervisor) who was rude and claimed i've given them an incorrect name. of which was BullS!!! Tina told me that i need to send them my bank statement if i want them to help me. when i tried to call the number 031 940-1910 again today, i spoke to Isabela who said Tina and Michelle Pillay are not available to talk to me.
