I have an e-commerce business and send orders to customers daily via the SA Post Office.
1) Your online track and trace is not updated properly on a regular basis - very often it does not show that it has arrived when in fact it has.
2) My customers regularly do not receive notifications to collect which is frustrating because I constantly have customers calling me to find out when their order will arrive and of course then your system is not correct which means I have to call your track and trace number which takes a huge amount of time out of my day!
3) Your track and trace number is a complete joke. I called it yesterday 3 times and each time sat on hold for about 30 minutes before giving up. This morning I just spent 40 mins sitting on hold before giving up.
My customers are angry and I cannot even tell them anything. I have 2 queries that I need attended to and I can't give my customers the sort of service I expect to give them and this is completely out of my control. You are giving my company a bad name and I am very angry. Kindly attend to this immediately and also let me know what steps you will be taking to sort this out in future.
