On the 30/05/13 2 debit transaction of R299.99 and R99.99 came from my account from SS Direct. I called (031 3019299) them to enquire why they are deducting my money and they said they will investigate and come back to me (to date I haven't received any feedback). Their service is pathetic, unprofessional and they couldn't even tell me the date I joined them or verify any of my personal details and their excuse was that it wasn't available to them. This morning 23/08/13 a debit transaction of R99.99 came through on my account from SS Direct and I'm still getting the same strorie. For goodness sake if you have a client in your books at least you should be able to tell them where you got their details. This company still continues to conduct on my account and they don't even have a decent explanation and the next time they try this I'm going to open a case against them.
