Ad attitude against custumers.not making clear on booking when you are allowed to book in .we needed to attend a wedding wich start at 15h00 coming from east rand and only to find out that dean says we cant book in before 14h00.why would I pay 700-00 rand for accommodation at a place like this.i hope he wont catch someone else like this
