Engagement booking went wrong

My boyfriend took me to Kievietskroon to get engaged. (Which he arranged with them well in advance). Upon arrival almost nothing was as he asked for. At least they knew we were coming. The picnic and spa treatments was not booked and they then said sorry we are fully booked we can't help you. Luckily the MOD (MOD) helped out a bit. The next day when we had to pay there was another mix up with everything and he had to pay extra for the things that was suppose to be included in the package. We then went for our Easter brunch and as we wanted to leave guess what we had to pay for that as well.

We then send out an email to the people that assisted my boyfriend with the booking, and to the managing director, and no response to date - 3 weeks later

Needless to say I will not have my Wedding there, wont refer any of my clients there and wont recommend anyone to have their wedding there. If they can mess up something so small, what are they going to do on your special wedding day?
