They don't pay the damage cost by their workers

Early this year my car window was broken because of maintenance workers on highway. They don't even protect their machines so that they must not damage cars or injure people. When I stop to talk to those worker, they referred me to SANRAL who send documents for me to fill up. SANRAL send my application to another company to process my claim on their behalf and they send me a letter after more than 4 months to decline my claim saying that their workers put all precautions but even if they can signs to show that there is road maintenance but that will not protect car and people passing the place.
Before when people were talking about eTolls, I used to protect them and I was one of first people to register my car for eTolls on which I think I'm going to mobalise other people not to register. Like now, I say NO TO ETOLL.
