Smartcall are taking advantage of innocent people who know no better and taking them for a ride. They have taken me for a ride for an amount of almost R10, 000! When I applied for my cell c account 2 years ago it was my first smart phone so I wasnt aware of how it is billed an invoiced etc. Now I realised that the very misleading "smartcall" amounts that kept coming off my account (almost R400 a month for 2 years) are not cell c charges they are some other company debiting my cellphone account for content services. I mean really who would have known! R10, 000 I expect you to refund or meet me half way or something because this is absolute corruption. How do these people sleep at night?!?

I called in and they say I would have accepted terms and conditions etc etc - SHOW ME, PROVE TO ME! You tricked us all, there are too may complaints for it to simply be an oversight! I dont check my phone bill every month, I just assumed it was internet charges! Its just so unfair!

R10, 000 do you know that would feed my family for the rest of the year. Come on people!
