Smartcall technologies ripping people off

How can this company just assume they can bill me R17per day without my conscent totalling R370.00.
What upsets me more is that I deleted that sms Without smsing the OPTout option, which they automatically take as acceptable to start billing. How many people are be caught this way. I want my refund!!!
