Apprenti Print Studio
No delivery and no response - payment done already

I purchased photographic prints on a Groupon special. I purchased 3 specials which I was entitled to do and it was therefore quite pricey. I think I even paid an additional amount directly to Apprenti for non-standard postage - this was almost a year ago. I had problems uploading my photos. On my side, it seemed to have uploaded correctly, but Warren told me they never received them. When they did eventually receive them, they were printed incorrectly. I had to do this exercise of uploading photos NUMEROUS times to ensure they correctly printed the pictures. When Warren finally confirmed he had received the order correctly, he then communicated to me that there was a problem with postage because the post office staff were on strike. I have subsequently sent numerous emails in the past few months with NO response. This is disgusting. I want a response and I want my photos which I paid for!
