Excellent service

I went to Sorbet Rosebank on Sunday for a facial. My beauty therapist was Connie and I can truly say I received excellent service and attention - she listened to all my skin problems and acted accordingly. I will definitely be booking with her again!

However, when I went to the counter to make the payment I asked about the lash extension service offered. The lady at the counter informed me that the Rosebank branch does not offer this service and when I asked which branch offered it nobody could tell me nor could they tell me what the service was all about. All staff should be trained regarding all services offered by Sorbet regardless of whether the branch offers this service or not.

But nonetheless, thank you for the good service I received from Connie.
