Terrible service / Terrible workmanship!!!

I have previously dealt with GSA.. Needless to say the service was great at that point in time... however with the last repairs performed on my vehicle seems like service has been flushed down the loo.. nobody ever knows what the staus on your vehicle is... its either in the paint prep or panelbeating area or its just collecting dust somewhere!!! so for 3 weeks i had to keep calling GSA to get an update on my vehicle... Eventually got my Vehicle on the 13/06/2013... and yes took the Car back the following week... Complained about poor spray job, complained about door handle not fixed but just swapped to the back door, complained about overspray inside the car and overspray on the passenger side door!!! damaged side sill!!! damaged interior trim!!! this time what a pertatic job... si i complained and till today Feaaz is yet call me to repait what GSA has broken!!!. i have been calling and leaving messages but nothinh happens.. even went back to GSA and asked for Faeez almost a 4 weeks ago and he said I AM WAITING FOR PARTS TO ARRIVE FROM GERMANY!!! Called this morning still no one calls back!!!
