More damage caused to vehicle& poor response

After waiting two months for my car to be repaired by Durban Central panelbeaters i finally got my vehicle back. i have done a inspection on my vehicle and see that there is more damage done to the interior of the vehicle than there were at the time of my vehicle being handed over to this company. Firstly my left front door speaker doesnt work anymore and furthermore both my rear door speakers is missing. i have also found that there is scratches on the interior of the vehicle that was not there by the time my vehicle was handed over to them, and also paint on my driver side sun visor.also the interior roof was left dirty. after two weeks that i have my vehicle back from them i am still awaiting a responce from them regarding the replacing of my speakers.i have phoned them several times and only end up with empty promises saying they will get back to me which they never do. i have spent alot of airtime on phoning them and still i have not gotten any satisfying results from them. i have waited two months to get my vehicle back causing a big inconvenience for me and alot of money and still i am getting the worse service i have ever gotten from any company. hope all gets resolved.
