Bad quality of workmanship, don't keep promises

Two of our cars were in 3 different accidents and we booked 3 different jobs in with them. The first car took weeks to repair, even though it was 2 small bumps. We first booked the car in and they were supposed to order the parts. After weeks of waiting we phoned them, and we heard on the phone that the receptionist were supposed to inform us weeks prior to that that the parts were there and waiting. It then took 3 weeks for 2 bumpers to be re-sprayed. They would promise us that we could collect the car, and then cancel and take another week before phoning us again. Eventually received the car back, the spray job was so bad that the insurer said that they must re-spray it. Booked the car in for a second time, for a bump on the door. It took weeks to fix the door. Received the car back the door handle was still broken, and the airbags is still not activated. They promised to send someone to re-activate the airbags. After taking the car in another 2 times the airbags is still faulty. They do not phone us. The bad spray job is still not fixed. Our other car is still with them, they keep postponing delivery. They are lying as one paint job takes 2 weeks to dry, and another takes 2 days
