Unable to follow written instructions

Signs@Cost is a printing company: The first time they printed stickers for me - they made a typo - and had to redo the stickers. Once redone - they stuck sticker upside down on my bike plate - instead of removing sticker and redoing it again - they just drilled 2 new holes into the plate and turned the whole plate upside down without informing me - this is damage to property! I then decided to try them again for printing - MY MISTAKE - I sent them instructions in writing but clearly they DID NOT follow instructions AGAIN and charged me for artwork that should not have been done! When going to asking them why - they simply said they never received any written instructions - so how the did they know what to print then? Not to mention the bad attitude they gave me. Clearly Signs@Cost has no interest in customer service nor do they have competent staff who know how to read .. So my advice - if anyone is looking for printing - please rather contact Posterworks in Randburg - much more professional, friendly and they always get it right.
