Inability to treat customers well

I have never in my life been treated as rude as this lady has treated me, I already had to move from the mall at reds because they were always late and I was treated like because I dared to complain. Today I was advised because I wanted to move around appointments that they discussed with the staff at the mall at reds that I am the rude customer, so they have the right to speak to me any way they want to! Apparently the more than R1000 per month I spend with them is too little to expect them to be courteous. Placecol you will NEVER have my business at ANY branch again, it is obvious that the owner of those two stores condone this kind of behaviour between the managers and they are truly a VERY poor reflection of the placecol brand! Surely if you want to "skinder" about a customer you are not stupid enough to tell the customer how you discuss them behind their back. REALLY!!!???
