Unproffesional Service

I have never come accross a beauty salon, especially the Elridge branch, with a bunch of unproffesional workers, this is suppose to be a place where you can relax and be treated in a profesional manner, afterall I pay for this service! I had a facial booked on the 24th May and in all honesty the facial was not that good and it was also shorter that what I paid for. Then I get to the reception to pay and the guy who works in reception has a bad attitude and treats me like I owe him something. This is unaccptable and this reflects a very bad service on Placecol!!! I would defiantely think twice before going to a Placecol branch again if this is the type of service you receive from them!
