Placecol
Bad service from Placecol Centurion

I made a booking for myself and my boyfriend for a facial and a back neck and shoulder massage two weeks in advanced, as we parked our car on the morning in the Centurion Mall parking lot the lady from Placecol phoned to say that one of the therapists phoned at 12 the previous evening to say that she will not pitch for work and they are no longer able to assist. They only said sorry but there is nothing she can do! I feel in a situation like that she should have contacted one of her other therapists. Nobody has phoned me after that to even find out if I would like to make another appoitment. Im a regular customer and will never use Placecol ever again.
