Wow this post office is a sham.i ordered a parcel from the US in may and it apparrantly arrived in June already.
I follow up again as I have not received an arrival notice and the have sent it back to the US.

after being on hold for almost 2 hours overall today I eventually found an email I could send a query to. but alas I was curtly told the package had been sent back already.

The supplier said it could take up to 10 weeks to arrive in SA so I waited without too much stress believing in our processes to notify me if it had arrived earlier. SHAME ON ME FOR BEING SO FOOLISH.

pathetic and aweful. I hate that we have to put up with such service in this country.

all I get is a Sorry...
