Package arrived late and damaged

I ordered a packaged from the UK and it arrived 3 days later thanks to Royal mail. But once in South Africa EMS had the package and then things when pear shaped. It took them 2 weeks to get the package from Jet park to Norwood. This is after a number of calls to the most useless call center in the world. Eventually they delivered the package to the Norwood post office where I collected it to find that my package looked like the dog had it. The box was in tatters and only a miracle ensured that everything was there and in tacked. They are extremely useless and I would never recommend them to anyone!
