PLEASE ADVISE!!! - need more space

I responded on ad in Huisgenoot to buy my own business and bought a Fat Freeze the 8th May 2013 Assembled machine as led by training manual which doesnt indicate essential info that handset and water inlet has to be at level with water input hole. Machine did not work properly. I could not be assisted to sort out problem by Ms Steenkamp. Requested the help of a technician which I still havent received. Machine ended up being sent back to HQ at my expense and I was told that I burned out almost complete inside. They had to replace almost all parts. Received machine back and it still not work properly as I assembled it same way. Again asked for technician help as I did 6/7 times before on which the first was 18th June - no technician. Figured out eventually what I did different and got the machine to work for 7 x 30min sessions and it stopped dead Had launch next day and Ms Steenkamp advised me to open machine if my husband has electrical background. Can not see what parts have been replaced as all is still sealed plus found a defected fuse (only has one contact point) in main power supply head. This machine was not protected. They want to sue me now for name slandering
