Paid monies for an order on Thursday 01/08/2013 sent sms with delivery address as requested by Owner Teresa Catelides. Parcel should have been sent by Friday 02/08/2013. Called no answer. Since 02/08/2013 i have been calling both numbers listed on the website but no answer. I'm furious, as i explained to Teresa i needed the parcel by latest on Monday 05/08/2013. It was agreed and acknowledged by Teresa. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Very disappointed.
