Little Kickers
Unfair refund

I enrolled my 22 month old son into a 12 week program with Little Kickers. The fees are not cheep (R1350) including the uniform fee. After the 2nd session it was clear my son did not enjoy soccer. We did not want to force our son to continue and so we requested little kickers to issue a refund for the remaining sessions.
Obviously it is only fair for us to pay for the 2 sessions we did attend and the uniform fee, however Little Kickers feels this is too little. And so we will only be getting R458.33 back. So technically I paid R891.67 for a t- & a pair of shorts and 90 minutes of soccer practice. The coach called me to say that is only fair. That sounds fair?? Yeah right. I understand that there is a clause in the contract they may charge a 'fair' amount for cancelling the contract, but half? That does not sound like a fair amount at all. I had plans to enroll my son again when he is a bit older, needless to say, that will not be happening. I hate doing business with money grabbers. Clearly, its not all about the soccer.
