Apprentice approval

Hi, I also got an email stating that my apprentice application is approved and have to pay R225 at post office acc holder is J Ackerman then fax it and wait for an hour to get my contract and that was 25th august and now its almost a week and havnt heard from them I phoned the number 27611776400 and was told to SMS my email address and that was on tuesday 30th still never got any response so on wed and thursday I tried calling but doesn't go through and the apprentice is supposed to start on the 5th of august
