Very disappointed in pathetic service

On12 August 2013 I entered the Festival Mall branch to apply for a loan. On the Tuesday morning, 13 August 2013, I submitted all the documents and was informed by the consultant that I would receive an SMS notification when all was finalised. This was expected to be done within a day.By Thursday 15 August 2013 I still had not heard anything so I contacted the branch. I was then told that the copy of my ID that they had wasn't clear, this came three days after submitting what they requested.
After going into the branch on Friday 16 August 2013 so that they could make a 'better' copy of my ID, I was told that I would get correspondence soon. The following Monday 19 August 2013 I decided to call head office to find out the status. The consultant told me she couldn't assist me because my application was still at the branch. When I called the branch later that day, the manager told me that head office was having trouble confirming my employment. This left me very confused. Who is lying here? And the consultant that assisted my application suddenly doesn't work there. I have sent e-mails to [Email Removed] AND [Email Removed] but have not received any response.
