I live on the North East Rand, a friend told me about this Hair Salon off 14th Ave, Roodepoort at the Hyperama Centre. Made my appointment for 9:00 Saturday morning drove all the way, sat waiting for someone to attend to me only at 9:30. Then Stephen looked at my hair told me I have different shades of hair and he can not help me for the price that I was looking at. I was told they charge R450 for a full head of streaks, so that is why I was working with that price. After I told Mr Stephen (that is in the industry for 30 years and still don't know anything about customer service), that okay take price out the way, how can they help me. He just lifted my hair up once again, and please take note that there was other customers in the salon at that stage as well, and he told me I am not touching your hair took my cape off and told me your appointment is cancelled. In your LIFE! I have never experienced such a BAD attitude and how do you have any customers left!! I said to him in my life I have never experienced something like this, he said to me sarcastically like he owns me and the rest of the world " There is a first time for everything" Well Stephen wake up and smell the roses!
