I overpaid Avon Justine and they called me to send the proof so that they can do the transfer into the correct account. I have sent proof to to them more than 10 times and every two weeks a different consultant calls me and request same documents to be sent to [Email Removed] has been going on for months and the issue is still not resolved I am very upset and confused. It seems like one consultant does not know what the other is doing and they do not update the comments on their system. I have since stopped placing orders with them until they get their house in order. I have on numerous occasin asked them to give the correct e mail address and one consultant that I need to deal with they have told me they are not allowed to give their e mail address it is a big joke. I have dealt with Neo Madipa, Thato Tsolo Rozanne Leonie Tshepiso Jaidene and the list is endless
