NO PICS-ignores phone calls and emails

Our wedding is now a year ago and we haven't received anything!
We are trying since month to get a hold of Tim Lake and he won't answer any phone calls or emails! To completely disappear makes him look like a artist. We want to know what's going on and what happened to our Pictures. We basically paid for a service we NEVER received!!!
I would never recommend Tim Lake to anyone.
