Moyo Zoo Lake all plates were dirty and poor servi

At Moyo zoo lake on mothers day we went to the buffet and found that all the plates in the warmer were dirty. I raised this to the manager who cleared them away and when a new stack came out these were also dirty with clear visibility of pumpkin on most of the plates.

When it came to the bill they also tried to charge for the most expensive bottle of Ken Forrester wine even though they had served the cheaper bottle of Chenin Blanc, R495 vs R180. When raised this again to the manager it was an attitude of "ok they will fix it", but clearly did not seem interested and makes you think that they were trying their luck and hoping to get away with it.

There was no sort of queue control at the buffet which meant long waits, people pushing in and a lot of annoyed people.
