Paid for magazine ad: no magazine & no response

I paid R1250 on 19th June 2013 for an advert to be placed in the Overberg Your Local magazine. I was sent a receipt the following week and told magazines (about 5000 copies) would be distributed in the Overberg area.

I was then told that they had problems at the printer and they would not come out on the usual 7th of the month. It is now the 26th of the month and almost August and no one has seen or heard of these people and my calls and emails go unanswered. As an emerging business this was a lot of money to me and I am furious that I have been duped and made to look like a fool.

I want my money back!
