6 month complimentary free magazine never received

When purchasing ticket for the oprah conference last year october, we were promised free 6 month issue of the O magazine. I have sent numerous emails to the O magazine... up to now, i had no response from the O magazine..really appalling from the south african O team???..I am sure this is not the kind of service Oprah would want..Please do justice while working for O magazine... Oprah is so awesome... sort your customer service department O magazine... do has promised... i did buy yhat expensive ticket to attend the conference sfterall...
