Trying to find out who debited my account

I'm really frustrated at this stage :( I am trying to find out who debited my account with 2 amounts of R550 on the 15th of July without my consent!!! I have a sa loans accounts which i have made arrangements with nu-debt montly and have been paying them... suddenly i find out my account has been handed over to Ver-tex when i call Bridge loans??? Why was i never notified and why am i paying 2 institutes for one account! i need answers immediately. i have emailed patricia and gaynor at ver-tex who read my emails but dont have the decency to reply so this is my last resort before taking this further. This is unfair i am a customer who wants to settle my account why must i be given the run- around urggggg
