"Tell your story as long as its not defaming the co name"! Does this mean "you cant tell the whole truth"? After 18 years I finally approach the CCMA iro malicious gossip, unprofessional conduct, lack of integrity, bullying tactics, continuous victimization, disregard for company policies & procedures, inconsistent labour practice & undermining of authority. Advised to lay a grievance = total sham. Nevertheless, I decide to "put it behind me" and concentrate on my job. Off course we know that people that are so inclined never change and it continuous albeit in a less public/direct manner. Among surprise visit from the MD, unexpected audit & laptop investigation, non-performing snr staff trf to my branch without consultation, threats of "deep pockets & false accusations incl running another business (not all of us have time for that), Im reprimanded for "lack of team spirit" for failing to join the a/h "recreation. GP books me off due to severe anxiety, depression and sleep disorder. What does he know? SO: Next step-my very own private investigator! Johann asks me what wld it take to leave? They still owe me K53. Lawyer says they will try and shut me up AND not pay! WOW. Really?
