BULLYING TACTICS USED BY COLLECTIONS

My wife went to a Dentist Dr JD Burger (I have a medical Aid) and had work done to the effect of R10, 000 approxomately,

They submitted the account to Discovery and after investigation it was paid into an account by Discovery Health which was closed. When I received notification that it had been handed over for collection it came as a final demand for payment by Botha, Smith & Du Toit..

I quote the following: The total balance outstanding is now R14, 932.46 for 2 letters, with a message: We will accept R3000.00 per month!!! or a civil summons will be issued.

Surely if I cannot afford R3, 000.00 per month the imply I will be summonsed and they will not accept anything less.

Surely this bully tactics is not allowed and their threats and demand is illegal.

I will also put this in all the local newspapers of their companies bully tactics, and maybe i will go to court and offer R50.00 per month acoording to my income.

I will report these tactics also to the highest authority today.
