PURCHASE OF COMPANY VEHICLE

I have been employed by the company for almost 19 years. In Sept 2012 I paid for a vehicle by EFt and have repeatedly requested the correct registration documents for change of ownership. I have emailed several people in the company to no avail. The licence has now expired and i am unable to renew it. In addition the licencing dept in Plumstead in Cape Town informed me that the car has been illegally sold as it is still on the books of Standard Bank. While I have no way of knowing the truth, the compnay has failed to assist me in the transfer of ownership whilst I paid them in Sept 2012.

In addition, I have installed a tracker system and insured the vehicle with Outsurance. Needless to say, should anything happen, insurance wont pay out any claim and the car is technically "illegally" on the road..

This is a last resort to get the vechilce that I have oaid for, in my name. I have been in a labour dispute with said company and wait to see the repercussions of this email.
