FAULTY NAPPIES AND NO RESPONSE

I want to bring under your attention the following I contacted Cuddlers on 9-07-13 regarding 4 nappies that are leaking, my child is waking up every night soaked, I have had two packs with the same problem. I asked them to please refund me as I just want to go out and by another brand cause I am not going to waste more money on nappies that dont perform, I was told they will send a courier to pick up samples from me as well as the packets, this did however happen on 10-07-13 the person I dealt with assured me that by the Friday they will have a answer from quality control and a voucher will be sent out to me by the Monday which was 15-07-13.By yesterday 23 -07-13 I have not heard a word nor no voucher in the post, I emailed the person dealing with the matter and I got a reply stating she is on leave until 1-08-13 I phoned the contact centre spoke to a gentleman and he assured me he will get quality control to sort it out urgently. guess what still no response, Please sort this out I want my refund to by another product I cant keep wasting money on non-performing diaper which at the end cost me double. I dont think anyone in today's life can afford to pay so much for others faults
