I am devastated

I am appalled at the level of service you people have given me! To top it looks like a claim has been made on our policy! I have contact the head offices and was told there is no one to assist me! Initially i had been told of benefits that have since changed without my knowledge! I have been a member since 2005 and have not yet made a claim! I have skipped 2 months due to financial reasons and was told that it was ok. I need to forward a letter I have done so and have not been contacted since!
