After less than 3 months the bed I purchased at Mega is sagging in the middle and the base is unstable. On the 6 July 2013 I reported a sagging bed and was told that the factory would be in contact with me for inspection and replacement. I had to eventually contact the factory before an inspection was conducted by suppliers on the 13 July 2013. I made a follow up call to Desiree on the 17th and was told that they would contact me to arrange for delivery of a new bed in the following week. I called Desiree again today (23 July) in order to follow up as I have received no contact. She was very rude and impatient with me despite being aware of my situation. The bed is causing me back pain and I am in the third week of waiting for a replacement. Mega has no customer care number on which one can report such incidents. If replacing the bed is such an issue I would kindly request a full refund on the three month old purchase so I can go and buy a new one elsewhere.
