Poor service delivery

These people are failing to deliver a BEE certificate that i requested for my company Yandelwa Trading and most frustrating of all is that it's either I get no response at all or false promises for the past full month of my trying to follow up.
I was told they do not do refunds meaning I'm forced to wait for seven months for something that takes two days generally.
I had indicated that this was a matter of urgency as I am losing out on business opportunities, I find them to have no regard for me as a custome
