Nickay Photography: Poor Service Delivery

This company does the photography for the University of the Western Cape and many other large events. This is the second consecutive occurence where I have dealt with the poor service delivery of this company. Although the quality of their work is excellent, their delivery service is of a very poor nature.
The service promises that you wait between 6-8 weeks for your graduation photos to be developed and delivered to you, however I have had to wait for nearly two months over the stipulated waiting period. Everytime you call to find out what the delay is their response is always "we are dispatching a new batch in next week", and this is the second year experiencing this. I feel that it is unprofessional and not fair to the students to wait so long, if it does take longer then they should at least have the decency to communicate up front that it takes this long.

I really think the university should reconsider using their services.
