I purchased a 6kg bag of waggies puppy pellets from a retailer. About two weeks into feeding my dogs I noticed the pellets developing mould. I had a look in the sealed bucket that I store the pellets in and noticed that there was a discolouration of pellets. When I inspected these discoloured pellets, I found they too were growing mould. I sent an email to waggies with a picture and Shareez replied with an apology and offered to send me three complimentary bags. She indicated that I would get them by the next week on Tuesday.By Thursday nothing had arrived, so I emailed Shareez to ask about the complimentary dog food. I made mention that this was a bad reflection on the brand. She apologized again and said that the factory had no stock and that the delivery would arrive on Friday. Today is Friday... and still nothing!

Is this what you call customer satisfaction? I'm sorry but how do these people do business? Customers are the people that keep your business open. I think these people at waggies need to wake up.
