Crumbs/Dust for Pellets

I purchased a Bag of Hills Sensitive Skin the end of September 2013. I was very upset as I have been using Hills for about 8 years, upon opening my bag I noticed a lot of pellet crumbs/dust on the top. Sometimes this happens so I left it at that.

Half way through the bag I realized that my bag had more pellet crumbs than actual pellets. I ended up only using half the bag too feed my cats, as it was too late to return the bag once I had used half.

I emailed Hills and have gotten no response. I have photos to show what it looked like but cannot attach them unless I have a physical email address.

One spends a lot of money on your children (pets) to make sure they get the best of everything. I am beginning to wonder if Hills is really the best food to feed my cats, as this is not the first time something like this has happened.
