On Thursday 3rd October I phoned Nestle Consumer services to enquire about the shortage of Purina One Cat pellets. The lady informed me that the product was discontinued and had been replaced with Purina One Smartblend. On Friday morning, 4th October a courier delivered a 1.6kg bag of Purina One Smartblend to my home. What great service- thank you Purina! My cat, Phoebe, loves the new pellets- so we are both happy.
