We are being ripped off by Eskom

We live on a small unprodutive farm just outside Humansdorp. We derive no income as the farm is not arrible. We have to pay R2288.65 before we even switch a light or anything on. Our actual electricity usuage is between R890.00 and R1200.00 per month. They keep adding all types of additional charges like... environmental levy... sevice and administration charge of R15.45 per day, besides the other charges for Network of R18.61 per day, Network Demand charge @ R0.1741 per kWh.. Reliability charge of R0.0027 per kWh etc. Our bills vary from R3000.00 pm. up to R8000.00 pm. How on earth can they justify all these charges??? How are we supposed to survive with this going on and our hands are tied??? We phone and complain, but nothing happens!!! This is ridiculous!!! What can be done??
