Empty bottle of Vawter in pack

I purchased a six pack of Vawter Vortex from a Pick n Pay outlet in Port Elizabeth last week.

When I opened the pack to put the bottles in the fridge I found that one of the bottles was sealed but totally empty - I still have the sealed, empty bottle in case you need to verify it.

The plastic of the pack was intact and had not been removed or damaged in any place.

Please let me know what the procedure is in this case.
