Hello Peter. I would like to complain about the above mentioned insurance. On the 01/08/2013, I had an attempted car. My ignition was tempered with & damaged. I reported the matter on 01/08/2013 to the insurance & they took my car for repairs that day. The consultant I spoke to told me that I will receive the courtesy car for 30 days, few days later the panel beater called me to inform that the car was booked for repairs on 14/08/2013. I realised that the agreement for the car hire stated that I must return the car on 11/08/2013. I then called the insurance to complain about this. The consultant told me that he can extend by 5 more days only. I called them again yesterday asking for an extension as my car was not yet fixed & they told me that according to the penal beaters they still do not have spare parts to fix it, which means my car will not be repaired today, 14/08/2013 & there will be further delays. Meanwhile i still have to return courtesy car after 15 days which expires on 16/08/2013. That means I won't have a car thereafter & it will be an inconvenience to me as i will need the car to drop my children to school & to go to work. I am not happy with their service. Thx
