I was approached to place an Ad in the BizDirect corporate magazine early April, I was pressured in making payment received emails and telephone calls for my payment, We are now in July, and no Ad has been placed no Magazine, has been released. Everytime I call Claudette told me end of the month, they dont respond on any emails. I have now requested a Full refund and it has been now almost 3 weeks and no one came back to me they do not want to refund me, and they are avoiding my emails. Everytime there is now a new excuse. What is wrong with people these days. Please do not do any business with Biz Direct or Neon Blue Printing as they are fake and unreliable. Claudette is so unprofessional. And then everyone wonders why we stick to Word of mouth Marketing...
